TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When placing your order please make sure you have ordered the correct size and specifications as we build all buildings bespoke and will have to pay for any changes if within 7 working days from your delivery date.

It is the responablity of the buyer to make sure a flat level base is prepared and ready on the day of delivery. We also need a clear access to your base. We ask for an 8FT high clearance, we can work round this but will need to be told by you at the point of order. We need to also ensure that our team is safe, please mention any obstacles they may face at the point of order. Our delivery/fitting team are unable to complete bases. Unprepared/unsuitable bases or unsafe carry conditions will result in building being delivered only.

Refund/cancellation polity - We are a bespoke company, everything is made and built to order, we are unable to make changes to your order 7 working days from your delivery date. All deposits are non-refundable. If in the unlikly event that your building is faulty on delivery we will repair/exchange your building. If we are unable to repair/exchange your building we will provide a refund.
